SAPPHIRE HD6670 vs PowerColor HD6570

I'm looking for silent graphics for $135 and I narrowed down my decision to these two :
SAPPHIRE AMD Radeon HD6670 1024MB DDR5 Ultimate
PowerColor Radeon HD6750 Eco
there is also Gigabyte (but noticable electronic noise) and Asus (weak on inputs and power)
can you tell me something more about electronic noise/temp/performance of these two ?
I want something non-problematic to use with graphics processing.
edit : after reading a lot I decided to buy Powercolor HD7750 Eco as Sapphire is not available in my country yet and HD7770 release is unknown; I hope this could be enough for graphics and videos (mostly editing); I don't need a lot of power in games and watt savings are plus of 7xxxx
