Sapphire V-X Radeon HD 5750 1GB vs Sapphire Radeon HD 7850

I currently have a Sapphire Vapor-X Radeopn HD 5750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 video card. I'm looking to upgrade to a Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 video card. Does anyone know how they compare in terms of heat output and noise level?
