SPCR

Hi, I'm going to change the default heatsink and cooler of my Zotac GTX570. It's very noisy.

I'm looking at:

1. Corsair Hydro Series H55 Liquid cooler kit plus bracket adapter
2. Arctic Cooling Twin Turbo II

I have a Fractal Design Define R4 case, and a ASUS P8BWS;
What is more silent? The Corsair or the fractal?
