Hello,
I need help choosing between Zotac 960 (non-AMP) and Asus Strix both with 2GB.
I like the Zotac more because it's smaller but no reviews of it are to be found except for a few unboxings on youtube. It would be nice to know the difference between the AMP and non-AMP versions in terms of noise. The Strix has been widely reviewed and seems to be a good, quiet card.
Does anyone know how the fans and coils on the Zotac (non-AMP) sound?
It's radiator looks less meaty than the one on the Asus, does this affect how early the fans start spinning and do they need to spin faster?
the two cards are: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 960 (ZT-90301-10M) and ASUS Strix GeForce GTX 960 (STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-2GD5).
small Geforce GTX 960; Zotac or Asus?

Yes (about how much, your mileage may vary, depending of ambient temp, specific enclosure, placement, and so on).

This may or may not apply: the Zotac 970 can cause coil whine in combination with some power supplies and/or motherboards.
