video card for picoPSU-120-WI-25

Hi, i'm looking for a low-powered discrete video card for my PC based on:
picoPSU-120-WI-25 (max 80W continous load on the 12V rail)
mainboard: ASRock Q1900M (with Intel Celeron J1900)
RAM: 2* Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz 4GB DDR3
HDD: Toshiba PX3006E-1HL0 HDD 2TB SATA2
(+ the usual HID devices)

As candidates, i'm considering:

• Radeon HD 7750 1GB (power consumption too high?)
• Radeon HD 6450 / Radeon R5 230
• NVIDIA GeForce GT 710
• NVIDIA GeForce GT 720
• NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 GDDR5 (best fitting choice?)

Besides fitting inside the picoPSU power restrictions, i am looking for the best price/performance compromise.

What CPU and what video card model are you using?

According to my math on full CPU+GPU load i will have: 35W (J1900 CPU) + 50W (Radeon HD 7750) = 85W

Maybe undervolting the GPU could help, or i should get the right video card that comes undervolted from the manufacturer.

EDIT: In the end i've bought a PowerColor HD7750 1GB.
I've immediately undervolted it in the CCC and reduced the GPU clock a bit.
I've checked the +12V rail voltage sensor with Speedfan when the GPU is at full speed, and it stays within the ATX specs (11.83v), so i guess it should be safe.
