DIY mod with R9 390 from Msi.
Stock Fans Idle

Artic P12 Fans Idle/Load
Don't know why but tachometer, when plugged into GPU PWM header, get crazy with readings when PWM is set below 15%, but fans works and slow down (around 400 RPM tested when plugged into CPU fan header). Fans cost me 15e postage included and work pretty well, maybe isn't a significant drop in temperatures but in noise level, it's a huge difference(1650 RPM vs ~1000 RPM).However is still a bit too loud for me
Next im gonna try with static pressure fans like Cooler Master Silencio FP120 as Artic F12 are case fans, hope temps will be little better and noise as well.
