FTW3 Fan Harmonics at ~1100 rpm?

I was wondering if any other SPCR members who got themselves a FTW3 can see if their cards have some weird harmonics when running either the Power or Memory fans at about 1100-1200 rpm (29-32% fan speed, roughly). They don't have to be running at the same time, a manual control set to that rpm should reveal the issue.
Wondering if I got bad luck with a card, or if this is a more pervasive design issue. Thanks!
