Question about video cards in a SFF
Will a 9800 pro or Nvidia FX 5950 work in a aopen xc cube or shuttle g4? Thanks.

yes, it will. Most cube-style SFF have AGP ports.
You will have trouble keeping such a system cool and quiet with a hot VGA card, tho. Most place the AGP slot on the outermost side of the motherboard, leaving little or no room for large 2-slot aftermarket GPU coolers like the AC VGA Silencer. Both of the SFFs you mention follow this arrangement. A Zalman heatpipe cooler might fit in some.

Actually, you will have to be careful with the nvidia 5950. Cetain (many?) models of the 5950 FX actually come standard with two slot cooling solution. That is the reference design for the FX 5900 series:
Also, the nVidia cards are considerably longer than ATI. In small form factor cases, the length might be an issue.

X-Bit labs did a review...
Anandtech reviewed the G4...However, the [220W] PSU of the AOpen XCcube EZ65 handled well enough a system with a Pentium 4 3.2GHz and an ATI RADEON 9700 PRO in our tests.
The new 250-watt Silent X power supply makes its first appearance on the ST61G4. Shuttle claims it is the most advanced SFF power supply produced, with increased output, lighter weight, and much quieter operation than previous power supplies.... Even after we loaded the system with a CD Recorder/DVD combo and a 120Gb hard drive, there was still a spare Molex connector for our 9800 PRO test card. [P4-3.0C]
