Shuttle pico BTX?

I'd be very interested in the new Shuttle pico BTX (SB86i). It was supposed to be released by mid-December, but so far I haven't seen any out there, yet. I was just wondering, if anyone has seen/heard one and if anyone can say something about its performance in terms of noise.
