ARM Systems?

I've been out of the SPCR loop for awhile, but we may have a need for a bunch of new systems at the office. Is ARM systems still around?

I was really hoping to get pre-built, silent systems.

Have you seen the article: Puget Custom's Silent WC Pentium-M Rig

Not that that system is useable in an office, but that supplier has other "quiet" systems too.
