Shuttle SD11G5 - what fan will fix the noise?

Got this Shuttle SD11G5 with Pentium-M 740 1.73 GHz

It is Noisy!

Read in the review that a fan-swap is advisable to save another 6 dB noise, and I will probably get rid of all grill-garbage, too.

What fan should I use? a 4-pin 90 mm seems to be what I need. Thankful for all help! (I probably will go the Zalman varistor route to kill some more dBs keeping an neye on temps in hdd and cpu)

btw, the Seagate 7200.8 SATA I use has the same noise spec as the 2.5" drive of the review. I don't know for a better drive nor a better warranty!

I used the same 92mm Nexus as the review and am very happy with it--quiet with sufficient cooling.
