Power supply for DG45FC / Silverstone LC09

I need to replace the power supply in a Silverstone LC09 case with something a little more powerful. Anyone tried that ? I was thinking of using something like this : http://www.logicsupply.com/products/ctpower120

I may also go for the pico-PSU 120w, though I guess I don't have strong preferences either way.

Motherboard is going to be a dg45fc with e7/8 class processor. One notebook hard drive and probably a notebook dvd drive. I would like very much for this all to fit relatively smoothly in the case I already have...
