Another ITX case - any further ideas?

I have been thinking of building a nice little ITX system for a little while now, and I am wondering whether I'm making the best choice here. A list of parts:

Antec ISK 300
Zotac IONITX-D (The one with the Atom 330 and Wifi, but no power)
2GB of DDR2
Nexus 80mm "real silent"
And a Fan Mate 2 to slow that down.

What else is there to add but the obvious hard disk and disk drive (both of which I have)? And are there any other parts I should choose above these? I just want it to play 1080P and/or be a silent breadbox server.
