Any feedback on Mcubed hfx micro, Mifcom and Resscom PCs ?

Hi all, I am looking for a new desktop computer, which I would like as fast (no 3D gaming) and as quiet as possible. I have spent several hours looking for silent and relatively fast machines and have narrowed down my list to the following 3 machines. Does anyone have a feedback or an advice about those 3 machines ? Thanks in advance
