Asus S1-AT5NM10E?

Hi I was going to put together a quiet htpc and had almost decided me to go with the Asus AT3IonT-I Deluxe board with an ace polly chassi but then I saw that there is an barebone computer called:

It seems that you have to create an contact for digital sound out from the spdif connector (read it) but else it seems very nice, but I am a little bit worried since it seems that the chassi are using two 60mm fans and that the spec on asus homepage (see above) tells me that the computer will have a sound that is 29db in inactive mode? isn't that much? Is there someone that has this little thing at home and can tell me something about it, is it quiet?
