Vendors (Puget vs. endpcnoise.com or ?)

My last computer came from ARM Systems. They sold me a 3 years' warranty and went out of business the day after they shipped my PC. Fortunately, it's worked perfectly, and quietly, for six years. Time for a new one!
I am trying to decide between Puget Systems and endpcnoise.com. Puget seems a little more involved with SPCR, and their PC got a great review. Endpcnoise.com is slightly cheaper, and they are a short drive from where I live -- which I like.
Any comments on either vendor (or other good ones in the US Pacific NW) would be appreciated.
