need advice for SFF wallmount behind TV HTPC

I need a PC for wall mounting behind a 32" TV.

Budget is $500 or less with OS included. Preferably less.

I want the following features:
+ Wifi
+ 2.5 HDD bay (already have drive)
+ low power consumption
+ HDMI
+ Win 7 or Win 8 (Don't personally care which. I am familiar with both)
+ Quiet (which is why I am here)
+ fits reasonably well on wall behind a 32" TV (TV is on an arm, so thickness is not a huge issue.)

The following features are nice extras, but not required
+ bay for ODD
+ USB 3.0
+ integrated power supply (i.e. no power brick)

It only needs enough CPU power to play netflix, hulu, and any reasonably well encoded video file. My Athlon II x2 240 is generally sufficient for this, so I am guessing almost anything today would be as well.

At the top of my list right now is the Haswell Gigabyte Brix S with an i3. It is supposed to be out sometime this month. I am hoping the price will be pretty close to the slightly thinner vanilla version http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.as ... 6856164006.
