I found a watercooling kit that looks exactly like the Zalman Reserator, the Kailon MKII. There's a review with lots of photos at OverClex. Here's an english translation of the review (babelfish).

Why the hell would you cover the fins up like that??? You need to enclose it and have a good length of empty shaft above it to get any chimney effect...

imho this looks so much better than the Zalman. If i had to get a reservator type i would go with this one.

I'm just a sucker to a silver/black color scheme!

It looks cool and those fins are loooong and plentiful so I wouldn't be suprised if it actually outperformd it. Those panels will most likely have a negative effect on temperatures but they're probably removable.
