Post by TheDarkHacker » Tue Jun 15, 2004 6:48 pm

After long nights seaching for the case for my watercooling system, i have come across the perfect case. It is here http://xoxide.com/ufo.html
it is th perfect size for all my components and will infact be SILENT. you may find this hard to believe but trust me it will be.

ooh very nice. the cube cases are very well suited to watercooling as they relieve a lot of the constraints that regular midi-tower cases impose.

where is the motherboard mounted in that case though? is it up against the back wall? that would be quite smart

$344.99

You're halfway to the price of a TNN500a....by the time you add a PSU, WB's, rad, fans, etc, etc.....

Man, that would have to be helluva case to make me drop that kind of cash on it.

For half the money you could get a Yeong Yang YY-0221B Cube Server Case Aesthetically, I think the YY is a better case.

that's a good point that i just realised - you don't have to get a psu or heatsinks/waterblocks or fans/pumps etc etc for the zalman. kinda makes it sound a bit more sensible.

(off topic, sorry)

back on topic, another thing i noticed - look how many (120mm?) fan holes there are! that's almost insane heheh

The UFO can be had cheaper (and with fewer holes in the "solid top" version) from its maker.
