i use PC Case Gear and Below Zero. it depends on where you live of course, i'm in australia :)

for americanadians, mcmaster-carr is awesome for all those little things, although they wouldn't have the retail products like waterblocks etc. but they do have tons and tons of individual components that are especially interesting if you're going DIY :)
