I know pumps create alot of vibration and i also know people watercool Hard drives. Why doesnt the vibration travel through the water and out the radiator? I know that sound travels faster through water than air.

The vibration doesn't really transmit through water, but it can be transmitted (a bit) through stiff tubing. It's fairly insignificant compared with vibrations transmitted through the case, though.
