Anyone tried the new compact Eheim pumps?

Post by Bat » Sat Jan 25, 2003 7:05 am

I just noticed at http://www.overclockedpc.co.uk they have a new range of pumps by Eheim, smaller than the ones they've been making for a long time. From the pictures I get the idea that they can only be used submerged, but I'm not certain and I can't find a mention of them on Eheim's web pages. Also they quote a minimum as well as a maximum flow rate, which puzzled me and makes me wonder if the quoted maximum head is at that minium flow or at zero flow. These new ones are cheaper too.
Has anyone found out any more about them?

That's right. Thankyou.
From that link it's clear that they're for submerged use only.
