Thermaltake Kandalf LCS

Post by One-ST » Thu Aug 30, 2007 11:31 am

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and this is my first real post. Cheers to all :D

Anyway, I'm thinking of buying a new computer with Kandalf LCS big tower case. It has a huge radiator in front, cooled by three vents, 500lph pump and a cpu water block.
More on it can be read here: http://thermaltake.com/product/Chassis/ ... 000bws.asp
and lots of reviews can be found by googleing it.

Would this case and its pump be enough to cool:
- cpu (c2d E6750)
- 2 modules of ram, probably Ocz flex xlc pc2-9600 (http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/m ... lc_edition)
- 2 graphic cards (probably 8800gtx in sli), using the Zalman's vga waterblocks (http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/vie ... 2&code=021)

The alternative to these vga blocks are EK's vga waterblocks (http://ekwaterblocks.com/shop/product_i ... cts_id=145) for which everybody says are the best, but i don't know since this will be my first watercooled PC...

Do you think this pump will be able to cool all this? Especially when it gets overclocked and put on load...

Do you have any suggestions, possible improvements, etc. ?

Thanks in advance!
