Hi all.
I have been recomendet a MasterKleer - 15,9/11,1mm (7/16")
Is this too small. Should i get a bigger one. What size.
It is for the following parts:
1 XSPC Delta CPU V3 – Acetal.
2 XSPC RX360 Triple Radiator.
Swiftech MCRES-Micro Rev.2.
Laing D5 pump.
aquagratiX - Radeon HD 4890 (RV790).

10 and 12 mm inner diameter is usual (some systems use 8 mm). It depends for some part what the connection of the other parts are, otherwise you have to use adaptors or exchange the barbs.
16 mm is quite thick, make sure the loop doensn't have bends which are too tight, or the tubing might kink.
With a good pump the tubing doesn't matter much: the most pressure will be lost in the waterblocks and radiator anyway.
From what I know, a D5 connects to 12 mm ID tubing, it might be very hard to fit 11,1 mm to it (or the tube has to be very flexible).

The fatter the tube, theoretically, the better the flow. In practice it makes very little difference however. Similarly, the fatter the tube, the harder it is to bend and work with.
That said, whatever ID size you choose, I would try and get the thickest walls you can. I found it much easier to work with thick walled tube.
You can fit 7/16 tube over the 1/2 fittings on a D5.... but you will likely need to use some hot water to soften the tube first.

The thinner walled stuff seems to kink much easier.
I personally went for 1/2inch (as much as I ALWAYS use metric measurements, too much info is in archaic imperial and converting all the time is more confusing than just dealing with inches) ID (3/4" OD) tube over 1/2" fittings. In retrospect I may have used a thinner ID, as it would have made some of the routing easier.
