I have an H70 with a couple of PWM Slipstream 1900rpm fans - SY1225SL12H-P.
They work fairly well, keeping my 2600k @ 4.7GHz nicely.
I have them controlled by the CPU fan controller on the motherboard (Sabertooth P67) and the pump from the assistant fan connector (at full speed).
Are there better fans for the H70? I have heard GTs are good, but I wasn't that impressed with them when I used them previously - they had a little ticking noise that put me off, could that have been a bad batch?
I appreciate your thoughts on which fan, and maybe if I should use a fan controller rather than the motherboard?
