i'm building a micro-ATX PC which will both function as a HTPC and main PC, and want a little update re: A64s..
which are better OCers; whilst being cool
-a64 mobiles [754] (which type?)
-winchester 90nm 3000+ [939]

any a64 cooler w/ 'nipples' will work with a A64-M right?

is there a motherboard which is
-Micro-ATX
-full OC features (and a little UC)
-supports C'n'Q
-support either of the CPUs above^^

AFAIK there aren't any s939 matx boards?

how long until ATIs a64 chipset will be available? (actually)
m-ATX s-939 w/ decent dx9 IGP, OC/UC features, PCI-Ex16 slot, 2xPCI-E x1 and 2xPCI slots; and sata w/ NCQ & C'n'Q would be *NICE*

if i can't work out a m-atx a64 setup, then i guess i'll have to go XP-m + biostar M7NCG-400, but i'd really like to get the a64 setup.
would a 2500-m (OCed) be able to handle 1080p alright? (its a concern for the future i know)

would a Geforce Ti4200 be decent enough to run MCE2005? or do u *need* dx9? would i see a great difference between this and onboard Geforce 4 MX 440?
is there a better video card (for both 'budget' gaming and MCE) roughly in the same price range (i can go a little more.. possibly stretch to low-end 9600 pro, but preferably as cheap as poss).
i am willing to OC or whatever (but i'd still like it to be quiet-able) so u can factor that into which is best..

thanks for any future help, i hope u guys can help me out on everything here :D
