micro-atx, socket-478, pci-express?

Post by yeha » Thu Mar 03, 2005 1:49 pm

has anyone seen a board like this? the recent news of a socket 479-478 adapter has finally gotten me interested in an intel board, but it would have to be micro-atx with pci-express.

i feared that all upcoming boards would be 775, making this adapter pretty useless for any current-technology boards, until i spotted the asus p4gd1, a socket-478 pci-express board unfortunately in full-atx size.

since an actual socket-479 board is out of my price range, i guess it's back to amd for me.

oops here we go, a Sapphire / PC Partner 915GMS4-A48G, 478/micro/pci-express board that even has firewire. seems to only be available in russia and the czech republic? odd.
