Hello:
The OEM Samsungs that I have purchased from NewEgg come with 4 screws, and (most of the time) a SATA power adapter. Wrapped in bubble pack, in their plastic clamshell.

so does that mean you still need to buy a SATA 150 cable to connect to motherboard?

Hello:
Most motherboards that have SATA controllers come with SATA cables -- though some of these are not worth using, since they fit the plugs too loosely. So then yes, you do have to buy a SATA cable.
