Recommendation for low wattage PC

Hi all,
Was looking at building a PC for firewall/routing use. I plan to install pfsense onto the PC and use it as a replacement for my Buffalo router, which is 3 years old (100MBs Ethernet/Wireless B/G). I don't need such a powerful PC but power consumption is of utmost importance to me.
The router now is using around 10-12w measure at the outlet. Are there any rigs out there that can achieve <20w? I was looking at the following:
Intel D945GSEJT Board
Additional PCI 1000MBs network card
Option to include a Wireless Adapter card (pfSense does not support draftN cards atm)
100GB 2.5" SATA hdd (reused old HDD)
Apex MW-100
Any idea of the estimated power consumption and any better recommendations?
There is a bundle selling in my region for D945GCLF2D + Apex MW-100 which is selling really cheap (200 USD) vs buying the D945GSEJT + Casing separately (250) but I'm thinking about the power consumption and the need for a PSU (instead of a 12VDC input)
