Scythe Zipang in a Silverstone LC11 - Asking for trouble?

Hi everyone,
I've had a good old Temjin 06 for many years, but thanks to family life things need to change and I've got my eye on a second-hand LC11 which will fit in the TV cabinet.
My current mythtv htpc is a mini-itx Jetway JNC62K with an AMD 4850e, with a Scythe Zipang bolted to it. The things a bit of a monster, and I was wondering what opinions were on shoving it into a LC11 hanging upside down - is this a wise move?
