Silent Graphics Workstation

Hi!
I've been directed here by the nice folks from the SPCR Facebook Group. I'm currently looking for buying a graphics workstation based on Windows 7. As two of those workstations will be used in the bed room, I'd like them to be very quiet. On the other hand, I'd like to have a reliable system, that's able to cope with Adobe Lightroom 4 and Adobe Photoshop CS6, to some extent even with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6.
So I asked a couple of vendors for offers around these specs:
- Windows 7 Pro
- i7 Quad Core
- GBit Network support (I'm putting all the heavy data stuff on a NAS on the other side of the flat)
- USB 3.0 support
- 32 GB RAM
- 500 GB SSD (for system, applications, swap disk), with thermal reserve for 2nd 500 GB SSD at a later point in time
- Dual-Power video adapter with DVI-out ( usable for Adobe products; i.e. supported by the Adobe Mercury engine )
- maybe a dedicated sound card ( I also like to play around with digital DJing software like Native Instruments Traktor )
- maybe a built-in card-reader
- blue-ray burner will be bought seperately from this order as an external device, e.g. asus SWB-06C2X-U
And this was the offer from the most interesting vendor, who has two (!) stores not far away from me and who was very quick to answer.
- case: miditower CORSAIR Obsidian 550D, black
- power supply: ATX 650 Watts, CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 v2, 80Plus-Bronze
- main board: S-1155 ASUS TUF Sabertooth P67 (Rev. 3.0) ATX
- processor: Intel Core i7 - 3770, 3.40 GHz, LGA1155, Quad-Core, Boxed
- processor cooling: NOCTUA NH-C12P SE14
- memory: DDR3-RAM KIT 32 GB, 1600 MHz, CL9, CORSAIR Vengeance
- video card: SAPPHIRE Ultimate Radeon HD 7750, Full Retail, 1024GB, PCI-E 3.0
- storage: SSD 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s OCZ Vertex 4, 512 GB
- card reader: ICY BOX IB-865-B 60 in 1, completed with a mounting frame
...including Windows 7 Pro 64Bit, installation therof and burn-in testing of the assembled system.
Now my question: What do you guys think?
1) will this system be very quiet (compareable to a tablet? or more compareable to a laptop? I have no idea how one would compare "quietness")
2) will this be a stable system, even when letting it run for a couple of days or even weeks? (not getting too hot? good quality components?)
3) will this system be powerful enough so I can work fluidly with Adobe Lightroom 4, Adobe Photoshop CS 6 and maybe even Adobe Premiere CS 6?
4) what are your suggestions?
Thanks!
