I have this little daughter board and there is a chipset which heatsup like good'ol 486DX50.
There is no nativly support for the Heatsink so I have to improvise.

Any chance of thumbnailing these pictures? They're rather big on screen and will break formatting for most users.

Is there any reason why you're concerned about this chip heating up? The manufacturer has clearly intended it to run that way as it is just a low power network controller. You also risk damaging things if you were to, say, get some thermal paste bridging the contacts and end up shorting it out. I seriously wouldn't bother.

Have you looked at Enzotech copper heatsinks ? Those little things are pretty good (but a bit expensive)

It gets way too warm' causing lock up on errors on the chip!
