need advice on cpu cooler for antec isk-110

I need advice on a new build.

Antec isk-110 case
Asus p8h77-i motherboard
Intel 2120t cpu
Samsung 830 256gb drive
Samsung MV-3V4G3D/US 2x4gb lowprofile ram

The system will be used for browsing, videos, and photos but no gaming.

Some reviews of the 2120t say the fan is noisy. Should I build the system as is and see if the fan bothers me or order an aftermarket cooler right off the bat?
I'm looking at the following coolers
Scythe Zozuti
Silverstone NT07
Thermaltake X3 Slim

I'm certain all three will fit height wise but not so sure about the width and lenght. I've never put a mini itx system together before. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are assembling it yourself, try the stock fan first. If not, just get the Scythe Zozuti. It will better than either of the other two... and are you certain the other two will even fit?

The Scythe Kozuti seems to be the largest of the three heatsinks listed.

The following will sound goofy so please bear with me. The cpu socket is off center on the motherboard. Will the above heatsinks extend over the edge of the mini itx mb?

It does seem to cover the PCI-E slot, unfortunately.

I did see that the Kozuti covered the pci slot but I can't use an expansion card with the antec case any ways.
