AMD A10 in a shuttle XPC, can it be done?

Hello people. I have a bunch of old shuttle XPC chassis that I have salvaged, I am looking to install a mini-itx motherboard with an AMD A10 cpu. My idea would be to run it on an pico-psu with an external laptop brick and then use the backside for one big 120MM fan to cool the system. Is this a viable idea for a cpu with a TDP of 95W?

Sounds perfectly feasible. There were different size versions of the XPCs -- a larger rather than smaller one might be better -- though w/ a good enough heatsink, this could be a non-issue.

Be prepared for some heavy modding, heat isn't the issue here. Many Shuttle cases are incompatible with the mini-ITX standard.
Only do this if you really love the look of your Shuttle, otherwise it is completely impractical. The Silverstone SG05/SG06 is only slightly bigger than the Shuttle G5 case, and for an ITX system, it is superior in every way.
