Swap from atx to matx

Hello.
I am Pawel (pronounce like pavew ) from poland.
Recently i bought some new goods to upgrade my old pentiumD 820 to something more... Modern.

Here is what i have:
i5 3570K
GB-z77 d3h mobo
2x 8gb Kingstone ddr (with heatsinks, but low profile)
Asus gf gtx560 dc2 (takes 2 slots)
Crucial m4 128gb ssd
1tb older seagate ssd, 7200rpm
Old, but working flawlessly psu corsair 430w bronze 80+ with non standard fan
few scythe 120 fans, few zephyr fans etc.
all in old Sunbeam Quarterback case, 2 fans in it
Everything spins at low revs

I am thinling to switch to smaller, more compact design:
Fractal Design mini
Mobo gb-z77m d3h
Rest stays as above.
will i be able to have quiet system (gpu noise is ok for me in stress, any way hdd is louder) and capable to get 4.6Ghz from cpu in matx? Which cpu aftermarket cooler will fit in fd mini case? I had ninja @ pentiumD and it worked superb, passive in idle and 600revs in stress was more than enoigh. But obviously ninja wont fit in moni case?

This is the second Pentium D replacement thread in the last couple of days

Here's SPCR's review of the Define Mini. It's volume is actually slightly more than your current case (1.43 cu ft vs 1.37cu ft). The cpu+GPU tdp in the review is 245W. Your's is 217W. So, at stock, your system with similar CPU cooler and fan profile would run cooler than that in the review and would be very quiet. Getting to 4.6GHz involves over-volting...I don't have a feel for load power when overvolting to 4.6GHz. Hopefully an IVB user can chime in.

Looks like you can put up to a 167mm tall cpu cooler in there. Plan on additional low rpm case fans to get rid of the heat.

Hmmm... I though that mini will be... mini
Since it is almost same in capacity as my curent sunbeam i will stay with quarterback.

Only help i need is which cooler to get? Is new Ninja rev3 as good as my old rev2? Or maybe Macho HR2 will be better when it comes to price/efficiency ratio?

As i stated before i have 2 scythe, 3 silentium pc and 3 sunbeam low rpm fans so probably i wont buy another

And regarding my sunbeam - should i somehow block front holes (holes in whole front) beside fan mounting point?
