Silencing Audio PC

Post by aermusic » Wed Aug 28, 2013 12:32 pm

Looking for a new case and whatever heatsinks/liquid cooling/psu/gpu can make this computer as noiseless as possible.

Currently contains:

ASUS P6T SE iX58 Socket 1366 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard
Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz Socket 1366 D0 stepping 8MB Cache OEM Processor
Corsair 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz XMS3 Memory CL9(9-9-9-24) for i7 motherboards
Samsung HD103SJ Spinpoint F3 1TB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm 32MB Cache – OEM
Sony AD-5240S 24x DVD±RW DL Internal SATA Black Bare Drive – OEM
Coolermaster Silent Pro 700W Modular PSU
Nvidia GeForce GTX 275
Some extra PCIe cards

I am already willing to downgrade my graphics card to a fanless model. But my i7 states its 130w TDP so the Nofan IcePipes don't seem like they would do the job? I'm a little new to silencing so all help is appreciated.
