I like the case, specially since you are going with 5 hdds, shoudl fit very nice on it.

I like the choice,
Nexus Basic is also a good one for cheap good fan (and will match the black n white theme of the Fractal case), try to control them with CHA_FAN headers on the motherboard with Asus FanXpert2 (so witht he included case fans), should drop them very low.

Seasonic 660W 80Plus Platinum Series Power Supply PSU
Model: PSUSEAP660V2NEW
To me seasonic is still the best PSU, but be warned that some users have reported whinning and coil noises on their platinium series, this is not something exclusive of seasonic, and i own two and been perfect, but for some has not been, so its a gamble, but so are any other PSU in the market. Corsair is marketing their new RM series as being noise free... but i also read some comments about coil as well, so idk really its a matter of luck or hardware that plays right. But for me i still bet on seasonic.

ASUS MAXIMUS-VI-GENE /Z87/4 x DDR3/2 x PCI-E/8 x SATA3/1 x NGFF/
Model: MAXIMUS-VI-GENE
Since you are not chosing an overlcocking CPU, i think you should look into a cheaper motherboard, if you like asus, there are some options there (like 5 from what i checked) like
ASUS H87M-PRO LGA 1150 Intel H87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 uATX Intel Motherboard. Personally i had issues with my Asus Maximus VI Gene, related to the sound card (made like trumpet noise where you shut it down, also had some extra tick when clicking icons) all this were not fixed with drivers, and i tested a lot even betas, i also went through 3 bios and no fix, but it works great on HDMI like i have it atm, so its something with realtek 1150 and asus implementation, this issue was not present on all, but i was not the only one.

Very capable CPU, as good as it gets without entering the E series, but the hyperthreaded Haswell CPUs do run very hot, so check the software you will use, and if doesnt take advantage of the hyperthreading go with the i5-4670, it should cooler and you will save $100.

This is a slot that im going to recommend you spend more, specially if you are going with haswell i7. Scythe Mugen 4 is a very viable option, CA_Steve has it running with i5 4670K and he doesnt even reach 70C on load, really good cooler for the money. If you were willing to spend more i would go with Noctua NH-U14S, bigger and the fan can drop even lower, so on idle should en up very quiet and has a good range of operation that should be able to handle the quad very good (crosscheck it fits as the mini is less wide than the R4 so might not). Again here is a slot that its really worth to spend extra not only for more quiet but cooler running, haswell shouldn't be taken lightly its a very hot running cpu.

If you can go with MSI Gaming GTX760 Twin Frozr, its been reviewed as one of the quietest (but not by spcr, but overall there are good comments from forum memebers as well), Asus is fine choice as well if you are into the brand.

Drop the tall heatsinks, there is no need, go with standard height, if you like corsair thats fine, they offer what they call low profile (that in reallity is standard size), that should work fine with any cooler you end up chosing.

Crucial is a fine manufacturer, but also consider Samsung 840 Evo, really imo is the top pick in that price point.

I like more intel 6300/633, i believe there is a AC newer version, but im not familiar with it, but i would also go with intel so when you add the lan will also add the wifi drivers all controlled by intel, so it should pretty good.
