Slim mini-itx case for HTPC

I'm looking for a slim and not-too-expensive case to build a HTPC system.
My must: blu-ray/dvd slot (rules out all the NUCs), at least one internal 2.5" drive, at least one front USB port.

I really like the Streacom FC5 Evo http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/imagevie ... mage=49377, but.. it does NOT come with a front USB port!
(Note: it does not have to be fanless, like the FC5)

I have found the some acceptable cases, but... they are not ideal, IMO, and would like to know more!
The Antec ISK-310: too tall, not very elegant
Origen http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/1042.jpg: very nice, but very expensive
MS-Tech MC-80BL: seems nice, a little too tall (would really like to place it where my old VCR player sits, 6/7cm)
Streacom F7C EVO: same as the MC-80

Any other idea/experience with a similar case? Or better: smaller?

Only a few cases with these specs that slim come to mind.
For thin-ITX (both are designed to use custom thin-ITX notebook style cpu cooler):
In Win K1
SilverStone Petit PT-12
For ITX with external external PICO-style PSU: Akasa Crypto VESA
For ITX with internal 40mmx80mmx150-ish mm PSU (no idea about PSU noise level): Cooler Master Mini 110

define "Not too expensive".
and please put in order 1,2,3,4;
-cost.
-performance (silence).
-aesthetics (stereo component look, industrial, generic...).
-size.

Also maximum height, width and depth of desired case.
Is this going in an enclosed or open cabinet, or just put on a table?

I like the thin itx cases, like the Win k1
I like the silverstone even more, with its industrial design, but it lacks the USB ports.

Not too expensive -> around 100 eur/usd, for a case without PSU, or around 200$ for a case with a good (passive) PSU and a motherboard (a barebone).
HD-plex and Streacom are wonderful, but too expensive IMO.

It will stay in a open cabinet. Width and depth: I have plenty (up to 40/50 cm). It is height that is tricky... I measured, it is exactly 7,4 cm (mind you, there are still a 3 cm for air, and plenty on both sides, it's just the aperture).

Putting in order:
- size (hard constraint here)
- performance (has to pass wife acceptance in the living room)
- cost
- aesthetics (love the industrial look, and also the "stereo" look)

I am considering the Shuttle XH97v, paired with a low TDP Celeron or Pentium. I wanted to do with bay trail, but... Haswell is not too bad
(total budget is around 350/400 usd, but I already have RAM and SSD)
