D.O.A Antec P180 SPCR Special Edition

Hi guys!

How are you?

Well, I'm not feeling very well :cry: . My Antec P180 SPCR Special Edition had just arrived D.O.A. The left panel isn't Dead on arrival, it's Destroyed on arrival.

So now I need to wait to known what's going on, and I can't assenbly my new rig :x !!

But I must say, it is actually pretty quietwith nothing on it! LOL

Exchange it, obviously. If it's just a panel, probably simpler to just ship the panel and have them ship the panel from an unopened box. Cheaper shipping, too.

Yeah, that'S what I asked for, I havn't got any response yet, but I hope this is what they will do!

Looks like your beef should be with the shipper, not with Antec. Antec will file a claim with them, and send you and RMA tag. Pretty simple. These things happen.

I don't think Antec have a black left panel SPCR Edition... I need to deal with FrontierPC, I'll see what they'll say, I'm waiting for their email.

Ok, FrontierPC says that UPS would contact me within the next 5 business days, to take a rendez-vous, they will come to see the damage, and may take the case back to FrontierPC, and pay FrontierPC for a whole case. Then I don't known if they'll bring me the new case. Well this should be the perfect scenario!

I'll keep you inform.

Ok, it's been a while since I updated the topic. UPS finally called me within the 5 business days. They told me to keep everything of the original packaging, and they'll contact FrontierPC to known the value of the computer case.

It has been 4 days now, and I havn't heard from UPS or FrontierPC since. I've sent an email to FrontierPC, to known if UPS had contacted them.

I'll keep you in touch!

Read your post and got p$#)*#@ off all over again.

UPS is probably the crappiest, no-good shipper ever.

In the last 2 years they have destroyed no less than FIVE computer cases shipped to me. My advice is to never use UPS again unless it's unavoidable. Those people have serious issues.

UPDATE:

2 weeks later, no news from FrontierPC nor UPS. That's ridiculous, it's been 2 months since I've purchased the tower, and still waiting for it to build my rig!
