I purchased a noctua nhu9f, and the fan was not starting with the low noise adapters.

I emailed noctua and told them, and after exchanging details a new fan was sent, it arrived about a week later. Not bad considering it came from Austria to Australia.

So, yeah the service was awesome, and the new fan works perfectly (They also sent me a case badge and some stickers )

I got the stickers and case badge as well. They sent them to me for FREE. They didn't even ask if I had bought any noctua products--they just sent me free stuff! They sent the stuff priority mail all the way from Austria to Vancouver, BC Canada. It was hardly a week between when I ordered the stuff and when I received the stuff.
