Hey guys, just wanted to give a shout out to Scythe EU. I have a kotetsu and needed an extra set of fan clips. I tried contacting Scythe USA and the rep said he wasn't able to give me replacements and suggested I use zip ties :(

Then I went to their website and found a contact info for Scythe EU. A few quick emails later, I had a new set sent to my home address for free!

Thank you very much Viktor Dillmann of Scythe EU customer support team, your help is greatly appreciated!

Great customer support! :)

But zip ties man, you got to love them as well. 8) I could not tell you how many fans I've mounted using zip ties.

I'm with you on the velcro, used that many times for ssd placements :)

I really think we should have some sort of ghetto appreciation thread in the General Gallery. The manner in which I mounted a 120mm Noctua fan to an old Zalman 7000AlCu deserves to be shared. Yep, cable ties.

hot glue or silicon caulking also works well for fan mounting.
