Don't really know where this post should go, but probably this has most interest among notebook users:

I have the basic Nexus 2 x heatpipe fanless cooler on my wife's powerbook and it does keep it marginally cooler for some time (i.e. fans don't kick in as fast, which is nice). The difference is quite marginal though.

I think at most they make a 1 or 2*C difference. I can't justify the cost for that.
