Samsung netbook 10.1 inch N145 plus very hot

I bought a secondhand netbook Samsung N145 plus. I read reviews that it runs cool. But mine is very warm with average cpu temperature 70-80 celcius. I measured this with Hwmonitor (attached is a shot of the numbers). Is this too high for an Intel atom n450 processor? It is especially hot on the left side of the keyboard underside. I am worried and do not think it is supposed to be so hot. The seller said it was only used for a few times and the condition is quite good, although not like new as he claimed. Thanks!
