Well, my concept got built, and as I mentioned before, it sucks...
Due to design and manufacturing issues, it is unusable even for testing. But I decided to post pictures of it, in order to show what I was trying to achieve.

Yes, you may laugh at it and at me, no offense taken...

If the fins were not that tightly spaced and the fin tip distancing would have worked, the result wouldn't have been so dissapointing.
I still believe that a manufacturer like Zalman could build a working one. Of course, it would be more difficult to manufacture than an extruded one like the NB32 and NB47.

110 fins, at 0.3 mm each. They were cut from printing plates by a worker at the workshop of a printing house. I had to buy him a lot of beers to do it...
