 Post subject: undervolting Celeron-M with software?

i have managed to adjust my laptop's FSB using setfsb [version for thinkpad X31] does anyone know what software i could use to adjust the voltages?
i have 852GM chipset with ICH4 thingy. :P

also, does anyone know how to get tw852 to set the ram timings on start up? i have managed to get setfsb to do this but i dont know any switches or anything for tw852?

100% fanless operation [when i select it :) ] would be soo nice..
