AMD s939 mATX mobos out there?

What is the current situation on mATX mobos for the amd platform currently? LAst time I investigated it was only a couple of boards, mostly using the ATI chipset.
What is the painless solution to getting good performance AMD setup into a mATX case (Silverstone LC-11m for instance) with CnQ enabled, passive northbridge, good integrated graphics or low noise AGP/Pci-x graphics card?
