All these boards mention a 'CPU Quiet Fan' feature in the BIOS Hardware Monitor.
Is this the same as the Q-Fan control featured on Asus boards ?
Thanks.

Well I have an ASrock board with cpu quiet and an arctic alpine 7.
The bios has some options to automatically adjust the cpu fan speed. However in practice it is useless since, even at the most low settings, the fannever drops 1800rpm. So you can not rely on asrock's bios.
However wit speedfan in windows or with fancontrol in linux I can fully control the fan from 0 to 2000rpm.
The second fan header cannot be controlled.
Note that all Asrock boards have the same two fan headers, a 4pin for CPU and a 3pin for the case fans and nothing more.
