Asrock DVI Graphics-SI card - proprietary?

I noticed the Asrock DVI Graphics-SI card which gives DVI video to their ALiveNF6G-DVI board plugs into a PCIe slot.

Is this card proprietary, or is there any possibility it could give DVI output to other motherboards using the same 6100-430 (MCP61) chipset?
