I am trying to undervolt an athlon X2 4600+ with crystalcpuid or rmclock.
No problems at load, but I can't undervolt under 1,1V at idle.

In RMclock the lowest option is just 1,1V (the default with C&Q)
In CrystalCPUId, I can select lower voltages but in CPU-Z I can't see any change below 1,1V.

In my old athlon 3000+ I was able to undervolt to 0,825V without a problem, and the lowest possible value was 0,8V.

Is there any possibility to undervolt the X2 4600+ under 1,1V with these tools? Or any other option?

Most E-stepping processors cannot undervolt below 1.1V:

Which A64 CPU can undervolt below 1.1V?

OMG, why does AMD do this to us?
I understand that they lock the CPU frequency multipliers for marketting reasons, but I don't understand this thing with the Vcore.
