ok the question i have and was unable to find on this site was that say you have a 2.0 Ghz Dual Core proc does that mean each core is 1.0Ghz or that each core is 2.0Ghz?

Each is 2.0 GHz. You were probably unable to find it on this site 'cause that's not really our field of interest.

thats what i thought but just checking before i go pick one up .... and whats some of the best heatsink/ fan combos for a AM2 MB
